JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve defined revenue growth, market share, and profitability targets.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to all employees, fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountability-driven company culture.

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and individual, and monitor their achievement periodically

  • Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality of service/product delivery, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Manage and control the business unit’s budget (P&L responsibility), including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue enhancement efforts.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (S2) highly preferred.

  • Minimum X years of work experience in a senior managerial role, with at least Y years as a General Manager or similar executive position (adjust X and Y accordingly).

  • Demonstrated successful track record in P&L management and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of different business functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis.
