JOB DESCRIPTION
Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve defined revenue growth, market share, and profitability targets.
Provide strong leadership and direction to all employees, fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountability-driven company culture.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and individual, and monitor their achievement periodically
Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality of service/product delivery, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Manage and control the business unit’s budget (P&L responsibility), including resource allocation, cost management, and revenue enhancement efforts.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (S2) highly preferred.
Minimum X years of work experience in a senior managerial role, with at least Y years as a General Manager or similar executive position (adjust X and Y accordingly).
Demonstrated successful track record in P&L management and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of different business functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and data analysis.
